Designed to be three times larger in scale than previous events, the third edition showcases over 75+ premium developments. During a recent breakdown of the scheme, company leadership highlighted the exact financial engineering driving this new model:

  • SELL (Portfolio Upgrades): Existing owners can liquidate assets at up to 60% premiums to fund new upgrades. Reinvest at a 1.5x multiplier for same-category upgrades (e.g., residential to residential), or 2.5x when shifting from commercial to residential, with zero deductions for past GST or brokerage fees.
  • BUY (New Investments): Access premium inventory with payment plans starting at just 20% upfront. Standout “Master Stroke” offers for Noida projects like Cullinan include 20:80 payment structures, 15% pre-possession commercial returns, and flat 20% discounts on extra initial payments.
  • LEASE (Guaranteed Returns): Enjoy tension-free commercial ownership. The developer retains all lease rights from day one for new Noida projects, completely absorbing the burden of post-possession tenant acquisition.

Adding a festive layer to the financial engineering, the platform is offering high-value rewards for buyers during the event.
