M3M Capital Construction Update: M3M Capital at Sector 113, the highly anticipated golf-themed residential development by M3M India, has officially entered its most detail-oriented execution phase. As of April 2026, the imposing skyline of this master-planned community is now fully defined, marking the successful completion of major structural and civil works across the main residential towers.

With the “Above Terrace” milestones achieved across the T-Series through 6-Series blocks, the heavy execution has transitioned indoors. The on-ground activity is now laser-focused on the intricate, time-intensive processes that turn these superstructures into luxury residences. This includes advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, alongside premium interior finishing for lift lobbies, living spaces, and kitchens.

Simultaneously, massive momentum continues outside the main towers. The EWS block is seeing rapid vertical leaps and has now completed its 33rd-floor level slab. Meanwhile, 100% of the non-tower structural work is finished, clearing the canvas for the immediate development of the project’s signature golf-themed landscapes.

  • EWS Area: Significant vertical progress continues. The 33rd Floor Level Slab is now completed, and the Terrace Floor Level Slab is currently a Work in Progress (WIP).
  • Non-Tower Area: All Structural Work is fully completed. The focus remains on the Landscape, which is currently WIP.
  • Interior Finishing: The Tower Lift Lobbies, Living & Dining Rooms, Kitchens and Toilets are all currently in the Finishing (WIP) phase.

Strong Consultant-Led Execution Framework

The construction and execution of M3M Capital is being supported by a consortium of experienced international and domestic consultants. The master planning and executive architecture have been handled by GPM Architects & Planners, while the international architectural design has been led by HBA | BLD. Landscape design for the project is being executed by Oracles Landscape, aligning with the development’s golf-style living concept.

On the construction and engineering front, multiple construction partners, including Gamut Buildcon, ABWL, and RBPL are engaged in execution. The project’s structural design has been undertaken by Technical Projects Consultants (TPC) and vetted by Skeleton Consultants Pvt. Ltd., ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. V Consulting is overseeing the MEP design and coordination.

Interior design for the clubhouse and common areas has been curated by HBA | BLD, while Cubatic Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the show apartment interiors.

Current Construction Phase and Development Status

The April 2026 construction update positions M3M Capital in an advanced stage of development, with a clear shift toward final execution phases.
