M3M Capital Construction Update: M3M Capital at Sector 113, the golf-themed residential development by M3M India, has reached a significant construction milestone with the completion of superstructure work across most residential towers. As of early December 2025, the project has transitioned from heavy civil construction to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations, interior finishing, and landscape development.
The skyline of the project is now fully defined, indicating structural maturity. With terrace and above-terrace works completed on the majority of towers, on-ground activity is currently focused on enhancing internal livability, services integration, and common area detailing.
Strong Consultant-Led Execution Framework
The construction and execution of M3M Capital is being supported by a consortium of experienced international and domestic consultants. The master planning and executive architecture have been handled by GPM Architects & Planners, while the international architectural design has been led by HBA | BLD. Landscape design for the project is being executed by Oracles Landscape, aligning with the development’s golf-style living concept.
On the construction and engineering front, multiple construction partners including Gamut Buildcon, ABWL, and RBPL are engaged in execution. The project’s structural design has been undertaken by Technical Projects Consultants (TPC) and vetted by Skeleton Consultants Pvt. Ltd., ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. V Consulting is overseeing the MEP design and coordination.
Interior design for the clubhouse and common areas has been curated by HBA | BLD, while Cubatic Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the show apartment interiors.

Tower-Wise Construction Update
Civil work is effectively wrapping up, with the majority of towers having completed their “Above Terrace” milestones.

Interiors, MEP and Infrastructure Progress
Interior works within the residential units are advancing across multiple towers. Finishing activities are ongoing in living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens, while dado tiling and flooring works are being executed in bedrooms and toilets. Lift lobby interiors and other common areas are also under active development.
Basement areas are seeing parallel progress, with MEP installations and finishing works being carried out simultaneously. With major structural works complete, landscape execution has commenced across the site to shape the project’s open green spaces and recreational areas.
The Economically Weaker Section (EWS) block has reached the 25th floor slab completion, with construction of the 26th floor slab currently underway.
Current Construction Phase and Development Status
The December 2025 construction update positions M3M Capital in an advanced stage of development, with a clear shift toward final execution phases. The coordinated involvement of established architectural, structural, and interior consultants reflects a strong emphasis on quality and long-term performance.
With interiors, MEP systems, and landscaping progressing in tandem, the project is moving steadily toward completion, reinforcing confidence among stakeholders and homebuyers.
