M3M India has expanded its residential portfolio in Panipat with the launch of M3M Terraces, a premium low-rise housing offering within its existing 337-acre City of Dreams township.
The project, priced from ₹1.35 crore per floor, introduces 3 BHK luxury floors with private terraces and reflects the developer’s strategy to diversify housing formats as demand in the region matures. The company expects the project to generate a topline of around ₹600 crore, with completion targeted by the end of 2027.
M3M City of Dreams, which is already under development, is positioned as an integrated township along the Delhi-Ambala corridor. M3M Terraces follows a Stilt + 4 floors configuration, with each residence having exclusive terrace rights. The terraces are positioned as flexible lifestyle spaces that can be customised for leisure, wellness or small gatherings, while retaining the security and infrastructure of a gated township.
According to Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, the new offering is aimed at families looking for premium low-rise living without moving away from organised urban developments. “”The integration of private terraces, curated amenities and a well-structured urban grid create a truly elevated living experience.”,” he said.
The broader township includes multiple clubhouses, landscaped green zones, pedestrian-friendly planning and essential social infrastructure such as schools, healthcare facilities and neighbourhood retail, enabling residents to meet daily needs within the community.
