M3M Capital Construction Update: M3M Capital at Sector 113, the highly anticipated golf-themed residential development by M3M India in Gurgaon, is making rapid strides toward its final execution phases. As of early 2026, the project has transitioned heavily from civil construction to intricate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, alongside interior finishing and landscape development.
The skyline of this Sector 113 project is now fully defined. With terrace and above-terrace works completed on the vast majority of the towers, on-ground activity is currently laser-focused on enhancing internal livability, integrating essential services, and bringing the master-planned green spaces to life.
M3M Capital Project Overview
M3M Capital is a premium residential development located in Sector 113, Gurugram, within the larger M3M Smart City (SCDA) framework. The project is envisioned as a golf-themed residential community that combines modern urban planning with expansive green spaces and lifestyle-oriented amenities. Designed as part of an integrated smart city development, M3M Capital benefits from planned infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, and a cohesive master-planned environment along the Dwarka Expressway corridor.

Interiors, MEP and Infrastructure Progress
Interior works within the residential units are advancing steadily across the completed superstructures. Finishing activities are ongoing throughout living spaces, while common areas and lift lobbies are under active development.
A major highlight in this phase is the progress outside of the main residential towers:
- Non-Tower Area: All structural work for the non-tower areas is now completely finished. The focus has entirely shifted to executing the expansive, golf-themed landscaping (currently WIP), which will form the green heart of the community.
- EWS Block Advancements: The Economically Weaker Section (EWS) block has seen substantial vertical progress, jumping significantly from previous updates. The 30th-floor level slab is now fully completed, with the 31st-floor level slab currently a work in progress.
